IoT NA 2016 in Chicago April 13-14 2016
In last year’s IoT Security Primer, the focus was on securing IoT devices and communication; this year we presented the flip side of the coin with a presentation titled Protecting your network from the IoT, and addressed how to prevent IoT devices themselves from becoming threats. From the physical and economic damage that malfunctions and hackers can cause, to the threats IoT device pose to our networks, the presentation explored how to prevent these threats in the first place. We presented common and simple mitigations that IoT vendors, IT organizations, and users can easily implement.

Internet of Things North America is an innovative event covering advanced connectivity and cloud based monitoring/control of devices, facilities, automobiles, people, and enterprise operations. Already in its third year, the 2016 event was once again held in Chicagoland on April 13-14, 2016

Redwall selected to participate in SOCOM C4 and Mobility TE March 7-11, 2016
SOCOM
Redwall Technologies participated in the SOCOM TE 16-2 focusing on C4 and Mobility.

Dates: 7-11 Mar 2016
Theme: C4 and Mobility
Location: Camp Roberts, CA

This was an invitation-only technical experimentation where we showed a variety of devices running Redwall Mobile, and illustrated how it is impervious to rooting tools and malware that plague mobiles and tablets without Redwall. We also showed ruggedized mission-critical devices with Redwall built-in by the device's manufacturer.

The event was UNCLASS, but most of what we demonstrated and discussed is too sensitive to publish on our site, but we were so appreciative of the level of support and interest. Please note that Redwall can support classified briefings and demonstrations as well outside of the TE venue.

Redwall is also eager to collaborate with other participants. If you have Android apps, tactical LTE systems, or other mobile technology, let's work together! Contact us to discuss the details.
